I have a lot of respect for professional athletes and elite performers in sport. Considering the pressure that they find themselves under from spectators, media and internal forces, maintaining the highest levels of fitness and mental toughness and entertaining us at the same time.

The anomaly that is the GAA means that our elite performers find themselves back at work on a Monday morning or after training sessions, getting stuck into their other job.

Richard Donnelly is one of a number of elite footballers who run their own businesses in parallel – Natur&Co is his passion outside of playing club football for Trillick and inter county for Tyrone.
